In our society, our neighborhood, at work; the great diversity of people is a given. We now speak of superdiversity. Not because it is necessarily super good - even though that is possible! - but mainly because it is super complex and super intense. How do we deal with people who are different and how do I determine my own position; individually or as a member of a team? Based on years of experience abroad, academic training and many training courses and workshops, I like to talk about the current insights into culture, multiculturalism, diversity and inclusion. My lectures and keynotes are always grounded, interactive and structured.
